These Terms and Conditions are intended for your safety and ease of use of our services. They should be read and understood before making a booking.  We have tried our best to keep the fine print to a minimum, but the following terms are necessary for the benefit of everyone who stays at Beachfront B&B.  By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

 

Your accommodation includes  the use of all facilities as specified elsewhere on this website.

 

Booking/Payment/Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to take a deposit, In the case bookings cancelled up to 7 days before your date of arrival, 100% of the rate for all rooms booked will be charged.

​

In the case of no shows or if you change your mind, 100% of the full fees will be charged.​

If the key is misplaced a $10 replacement fee will apply.

 

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel/cancellation insurance.  

 

Check-in and Check-out Times​

 

Your room will be ready for you by 12pm on the day of arrival, and check out time is 10:00am on the last day of your stay.  Late check out or early check-in is possible and is dependant on other bookings.

Arrival: Please keep us informed as to your arrival time, especially if arriving late.

​

 

Departure: When guests leave please check that you take all your property with you as we cannot guarantee the security after you depart.  Please contact us if you have left something behind and we can arrange for their return by COD if required.

 

Damaged or Missing Property:  The person booking the room is deemed to be responsible for their actions and those of any of their party. The Beachfront B&B reserves the right to replace, with new, any missing, damaged or soiled items. Any additional cleaning will be charged appropriately.

 

Non-Smoking:  For the comfort and benefit of our guests, Beachfront B&B is a strictly non-smoking establishment. Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and charged in full for your entire stay plus an additional $300-$500 for specialist cleaning of the house and/or garden. .  Please smoke down by the rocks and place all butts and rubbish in the green rubbish bin at the road side of the property, on the left hand side.​​

 

Guest Property: Beachfront B&B and its staff does not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the guest house.  We also cannot accept responsibility for your cars while parked on or near our premises.  Your car is parked at your own risk.

 

Lost Property:  Lost property is held for a period of 1 month.  It is the responsibility of the guest to contact Beachfront B&B management to claim lost property. On request, lost property will be returned via a pre-paid and addressed Australia Post envelope or courier at cost.

 

​Spa:  Please​​​ feel free to use the spa. In the interest of hygiene, please shower before using the spa.  ​Beachfront B&B and its staff does not accept liability in respect to personal injury whilst visiting or using our facilities.  No glass or food is to be taken in to the spa are and no setting on the spa control panel, except the water jets are to be altered.  Any damage to the spa will incur a fee.  Please use coloured beach towels on the wall of the deck if required.​

 

Ground Level Variations: Please be aware the grounds undulates and that paths and steps can become slippery due to the tropical nature of our location.

Essential Services:  Beachfront B&B does not accept any responsibility for Failure or Interruption of Utilities and Essential Services but shall make every effort to contact the authorities to report such incidences.

 

​Computer Use: Beachfront B&B accepts no responsibility for the propagation of computer worms or viruses transmitted from this site or the use of WIFI and access is available but not guaranteed.

Photos and Comments: Photos taken at Beachfront B&B and favourable comments made may be used for promotional purposes.​

 

​The above terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when the booking is made
